Really disappointing, I took my son for his 10th birthday, we arrived at 2pm, we were taken into the briefing at 2.10 and then they finally got onto the trampolines at 2.25, the session ended at 3pm. When I asked the female steward why it was only 35mins, she told me that it was because of the briefing, then when I told her the briefing wasn't 20 mins, she told me that "we" were late and missed the first briefing, but that was definitely not the case as we were all left outside in the waiting area and the briefing room was c... read more

I am a professional skater and attended a session here at the link centre with my daughter. The ice was brilliantly cut and when I asked who by it was a lovely gentleman called Louis who did it. I also went to the cafe and got made a really nice warm oat coffee by a man called Corey in the soft play and got asked how my day was - he was very friendly. Much better ice rink than Bristol. Will definitely be back.

I booked in for a swim for fitness for the first time. Immediately upon arrival, the receptionist was very welcoming & informative in terms of where I had to go etc. The changing rooms were spotless and fragrant when I was in there also. Definitely recommend!

Good selection of sports and teaching available, including an Ice Rink. A little more pricey but with the cost of fuel going up.....
