員工跟進還算不錯, 沒有漏文件, 交齊文件 只是開頭要交文件的時侯, 跟進有點過慢, 但最終我一家人都成功拿了永久居民身份
From what I’ve heard online this place is terrible so I came here to warn people of their actions. Tricks clients of their money even when they have already paid, stalls applications, poor attitude, and never replies or updates to emails. Phone number never being accessible clearly means they have something to hide. Would never go to this firm for anything. 👎👎👎
Torus is very helpful and responsive, we made the declaration within a day. Alfred also provided great advice on our situation. Highly recommended!
