Outstanding! The Vichy scrub is soooo good and a great lead-in to a fantastic massage. I'll be a regular here for sure!
Great Service, super friendly staff. I will go back. I recently visited Ling's for the first time. My experience was top notch. I explained the areas I had issues with and Mary was great! Far too often one tells their therapist the areas they are having issues with, and the therapist goes to the opposite place and spends 3/4 time there. Not with Mary. She focused on my issue areas, worked them, paused and came back. Quite possibly the best massage I've ever had.
I’ve only had exceptional massages here. Quick scheduling and great staff.
The massage was fine but the customer service was terrible- at the end by the male receptionist. I have never been asked directly how much I want to tip and then been scoffed at and rudely questioned. It was so uncomfortable and unprofessional
I purchased a $150 gift certificate for my husband. He received a massage yesterday. He loved the massage but hated that the receptionist kept telling him he was 'squeezed in' as if a favor was being done and not that he was receiving a service that was paid for. He left without the gift certificate that made note of his remaining credit. I went to the business to pick it up and the receptionist immediately attacked my husband's character.
