1st time I ever posted a review in my life. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am in business 11 years. They are completely incompetent and worse than that, they act as if they are right. Purchased POS system 2 years ago…it still hasn’t been installed after 3 attempts. I spent over $30,000 on the equipment and software. In fact, I’m still financing it. Today was the last straw. Stay away from this company. It is worth noting that the Linga contract contains a section prohibiting disparagement of Linga. This should have been a warning, the section is there to prevent burned customers from informing the world that Linga does not deliver on its commitments. Fortunately, I am not subject to these restrictions and can issue this warning. Amazing POS system! I have been using Linga for over a year now and am thrilled with its' ease of use. My favorite feature is being able to check my sales while away from the business. It had all the components I needed, from online ordering to payroll & inventory management, a loyalty program, and my sales increased 20%.
