Disgrace. Abysmal. Pathetic. Google should really implement 0 stars- as these sorts of people don't deserve even 1 star. Purchased a mattress from here where they guaranteed a 10 year warranty, which I confirmed multiple times as it was much longer than the standard 1-3 year warranty offered by other companies. They also said delivery would be by the end of the week which was a big selling point for me as other companies delivery estimates were much longer.
