Hired him after filing for disability on my own. He told me he only takes cases he thinks will be successful and I had all the right doctor's and loads of documentation. Appeal after appeal kept being denied, went to court, I asked him if I should practice anything before hand and he said no, (I should have) and during the court proceeding he had to "stop and get his notes"- he didn't seem present. Dont use this lawyer him and his associate in P.A miscomunicated or something did not file my fedarel case therefore i lost a lot of benifits.
