I had such a wonderful experience at Linen House South Yarra thanks to Sasha. Sasha was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to walk me through different options, answer all my questions, and make sure I left completely happy with my choices. Sasha and Iana warm and professional service truly made the shopping experience enjoyable for me and my parents. Highly recommend visiting this store; Sasha and Iana are absolutely fantastic!

I visited the new South Yarra store this afternoon looking for a gift - I was welcomed by the beautiful Iana (Store Manager). The first thing that she said was “welcome to our new store” and that really set the tone for the rest of the experience. Thank you for taking the time Iana - it is really hard to find good customer service, especially along Chapel St and you did an exceptional job.
Such kind and caring staff. Fabulous colours in all bedding and towels. I'm going back tomorrow.
