Nice people. Good product.
Every visit to this shop is the same - the worst customer service. The staff are either chatting amongst themselves, on a phone call that seems to last ages, or acting as though serving customers is an inconvenience. Perhaps they’re profiling people before deciding whether they’re worth helping? I only say that because I’ve seen some positive reviews here, yet my experience has consistently been the complete opposite. Just not helpful at all. An astonishing level of arrogance for an outlet selling polyester.
Everyone here is incredibly helpful, but today Jane was INCREDIBLE! We were in and out in no less than 5 mins with the perfect bed sheets, cheers Jane! :) - Hannah and Amy P.S get that haircut!!!
I visited Linen House on April 27 between 3–4pm after noticing a bathrobe displayed at the entrance. The blonde staff member with a high bun at the front was very friendly and kindly directed us to the fitting room. We really liked the colour and material of the robe. However, our experience changed when another staff member (with darker hair) approached us.
