A lovely store with a wide range of products. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The customer service on the day I visited was excellent - Eddy is a gem. So happy to have a Linen House store in Hastings!

We visited the Linen House store in Hastings, Victoria, on the afternoon of 19/04/2026, and the experience was outstanding. The young woman running the store provided some of the best customer service we’ve ever received in Victoria—truly exceptional. I have shopped here for 4 years and only shop local and l have graced my large family including grandchildren with the most glorious gifts. Eddy is the current manager and Sarah is alongside her. They are the most beautiful staff and have created a home rather than a shopping experience. Christmas was magical with it's twinkling lights that drew me to buy a spectacular paper birch tree and it's twinkling lights attached and superb twisted glass decorations along with gorgeous clip on birds of paradise.
