Ordered online. Went downtown to pick up my order. Don’t have it in stock. Was refused to switch it for delivery. And also refused a refund. Now I spent 400 dollars and don’t know if I will get my order. Also the customer service did not help one bit. Great system

I was initially impressed that this store has a lot of staff on duty, while most stores have too few these days. But the staff aren't there to help, they're all busy doing their own things and talking amongst themselves. You can walk circles around them and they won't talk to you. When I asked about pillows, the guy just pointed me at their direction.
