I had the most incredible shopping experience at Linen chest Ottawa today. Janice the store manager spent more than half an hour with me to compile an entire dinner set and serving dishes - so incredibly rare to get this kind of customer service in this era or retail shopping. Huge congratulations to Sheldon and the owner of the store, you have a wonderful staff and incredible customer service. Ask for Janice, she is a wealth of knowledge with a wealth of experience.
First time visitor, not too busy. Beautiful store displays. The gentleman at the counter greeted me with a smile and hello. Looking to purchase bath mats, while there was a few to choose from, there aren't enough different sizes if you are looking to redo your bathroom. i just touched the comforter set to feel the material an associate visibly came out in frustration saying “ugh who touched this” and said to me not to touch the beds there are signs everywhere. Ok if I don’t feel the material how would I know if I like it? Poor experience and disappointed with the customer service.
