Bought a pillow that caused me a lot of pain and discomfort and tried to return. Of course I am only informed after I spent almost 200$ that I cannot return the item. No one informed me of a no return policy, and I went through 3 different employees while shopping. We purchased a mattress from the Linen Chest in Dieppe, NB, and were told it would be delivered today, July18, 2025. My wife took the day off work to be home for the delivery. When no update was provided by noon, she contacted the store and left a message. She was later called back by an associate who casually stated that the item wouldn’t arrive at the store until next Tuesday—without offering any apology or explanation.
