First time in the store, was picking up an online order. Was being served by Phyillis, who was very pleasant. But then in walks Summer with her hateful attitude, towards customers and her colleagues. I was dumbfounded, to say the least. She didn't try to to be nice or crack a smile. I will never go to Linen Chest again. The service we received last Sunday by the "acting" manager was some of the worst I have ever had.
Same experience from the one I read in the other review. Bought a pillow, was not informed that pillows are not returnable or refundable upon check out even if not used. It does not also note in the receipt. But mattresses can even after 100-night sleep. Crazy and disappointing. The cashier lady did not even try to escalate or appeal it to the manager when I tried to return it.
Great customer service and experience. Discounts and sale prices were budget friendly.
Really bad Intraction with the cashier (Phyllip) on Jan 4 ( sorry if the name is typed wrong).
