Amazing service always
I’ve placed two online orders for pickup and won’t bother again. Service is slow and rude. I gave the order number, explained I received 2 separate emails for pickup as the items arrived separately but belong to same order. Sales associate argued with me that that’s all there was and I must have another number. I gave the same order number to a different employee and then they were able to find it. One of the pillows was already pilling so I requested them to swap it out and they seemed annoyed and told me to go look for it ... read more
Very rude staff, went in there looking for bedsheets and not a single employee asked me if I needed help. I approached an employee who was just folding bedsheets and I said “excuse me “ then she looked at me directly in the eyes then started a conversation with a co worker across the store. Normally if you’re busy you say “ hold on a second please” not just walk away. If you’re into being disrespected and having staff ignore you then this is the place for you.
First time in the store, was picking up an online order. Was being served by Phyillis, who was very pleasant. But then in walks Summer with her hateful attitude, towards customers and her colleagues. I was dumbfounded, to say the least. She didn't try to to be nice or crack a smile. Her vocabulary consisted mainly of "I know how to do my job", "don't tell me how to do my job", " there is nothing we can do, we are the only ones here", when asked about getting a refund for a difference in price...."it will take a long time, 10... read more
