Je suis allé chez Linen Chest à Vaudreuil et me suis fait servir par la gérante des magasins Vaudreuil et Kirkland. Service hors pair. Je voulais des verres et elle m’a trouvé ceux-ci après recherche au magasin de Kirkland. Je me suis rendu à Kirkland et la commande était prête. Linen Chest, SVP gardez votre gérante.

I recently visited the Linen Chest store in Kirkland to exchange a cookware set I had purchased earlier. I had my receipt, the original card used for the purchase, and I was well within the 30-day return period. Unfortunately, the product was of very poor quality, and I was not satisfied with it. When I approached the staff to exchange it for another brand, I was treated with extreme rudeness by a female employee (short height, dark hair, darker skin). She was unprofessional and dismissive. I was in the Kirkland store at approximately 1:30. The male clerk at the cash was rude and condescending, maybe because I am an elderly woman. That is the impression I got from him

Je reviens d’acheter deux oreillers à ce magasin. Profitant de l’offre du black friday ils étaient à -70% je n’y allait vraiment que dans ce but. Je suis rentrée et me suis dirigée rayon literie directement … en passant c’est un bazar fou ce magasin il y en a partout par terre je me demande comment une personne handicapée peut venir magasiner ici … mon chariot minuscule ne passait pas.
