I don't write reviews often, but I wanted to give a shout out to the store management. I ordered plates on Linen Chest online and a couple came broken. Their online wait times to resolve issues are really long and poorly managed. I went in-store to resolve the issue, and the experience was absolutely seamless. The manager and her team were quick to resolve it and did not question anything - they just simply wanted me to get what I had paid for.
