It was my worst experience to buy from Linen Chest. Linen Chest Brossard has the must inexperienced staff and unresponsive manager. I had an online order to pick up at Brossard store. I went two times to pick up my order and each time they didn’t gave me my order. The only thing they learned is “ WE ARE SORRY, THERE IS A PROBLEM IN SYSTEM”. After wasting almost 2 hours of my time and energy, they cancelled my order. *****Never Ever use Brossard store to buy or pick up an online order *****
Rude and unhelpful staff. I have been two this store twice, and both times I received the worst possible customer experienced. The staff who work there are rude and unhelpful. When you ask them for information, you seem to be disturbing them. The last time I went, there was a group of 3 employees chatting together as I came into the store. They literally ignored me, and I had to ask them to come out of their office area to come answer my question. I don't write reviews often, but I wanted to give a shout out to the store management. I ordered plates on Linen Chest online and a couple came broken. Their online wait times to resolve issues are really long and poorly managed. I went in-store to resolve the issue, and the experience was absolutely seamless. The manager and her team were quick to resolve it and did not question anything - they just simply wanted me to get what I had paid for.
