I was defrauded by this store. They will sell you nonexistent products. I purchased a set of curtains at the Square One location. They said the item wasn’t in stock at the time, but if I order it will be shipped to my place directly. The curtains were on display and I’ve ordered with them before so I thought my purchase was safe. It has now been 3 months and I still haven’t received the curtains. bought something online in Feb, its may and it keeps getting delayed, it says June 30th but who knows, it might be next year at this point
This is such a terrible store, can’t believe I bought anything from here. I had to do a return of an online purchase and they needed my actual credit card to do a refund. The lady at the cashier was not helpful at all, and even though I explained that I drove 30 mins to do this refund, would not budge. What a frustrating experience and would not recommend shopping here at all!!
