Found what I was looking for the older white lady at the cash is beyond rude. Not helpful at all. The other ladies were nice.
Lovely quality items and a great selection but it's the people that make the difference. Lee-Anne (sp?) was very knowledgeable and did her utmost to ensure we would be happy with our purchases. She made sure we got all the discounts we could qualify for and throughout the experience was exactly the helpful person you hope to meet at a store. Thanks Lee-Anne! We will be back!
Received wrong size item. It was ticked on the back of the package as 60x120 and when I put it on the table I realized it was too small. Barcode says it is 52x74. Going to return it.
Went to this store yesterday to return a few items that I bought from another location. I was originally going to return it to Square One shopping centre location but they told me that it would be better to go to Vega Boulevard location as they are in a plaza. Having said that, the person from Square One location didn’t sound like she wanted to help or deal with the return, that was the impression I got over the phone based on the conversation.
