Worst experience as a male customer. Three cashiers behind the cash . One black lady serving a customer , the other two well …. One talking to a couple about removing eyebrows permanently in a very loud conversation for more than five minutes , exchanging phone numbers etc. while me and others in the lineup waiting . when I said excuse me , can someone help me , she jumped on me rudely to say she was not available and I should wait for the hard working black lady. My mom kindly made the effort to speak to one of your staff, Lynn, in English. Lynn, without letting my mom finish what she had to say, looks at me and asked: “Is she speaking Japanese or Chinese to me?” Which it was unnecessary, she could’ve simply say that she didn’t understand my mom otherwise; professionally and respectfully… the minimum service at least.
Worst customer service and very expensive
Very bad customer service. The glass candleholder had a quality issue and cracked in time. Tried reaching an agent and it's just a loop between store reps to the web chat bot. Slow and unhelpful.
