I had a very good experience at Linen Chest in Pointe-Claire. I had a problem with a product I purchased, and Caroline and Anisa provided excellent customer service. They were both very helpful, professional, and kind while resolving the issue, and they made sure everything was taken care of. Thank you both for the great service! I highly recommend this store.
Awful service. The girl working at the cash is so rude and so much attitude. Seems like customers are a nuisance to her.
UPDATE: as of February 23 2026 there is still no product and they have lied as to the delivery date on multiple occasions. They effectively stole our money for 2 months now without any accountability or willingness to fix things. Also note that management team never reached out after they "updated" their response. despicable business. One Person Working In the Branch Been Waiting For 30 Minutes Just To Exchange An Item
