We went for some new comforter and sheets, wow what a selection but the best part is they sell everything for the house, kitchenware, bathroom, living room accessories. Too much choice, great experience. And service to go with it.
I went to the GATINEAU LINEN store to purchase a duvet cover set. Tristan who is one of the floor employee was very good (hence the two star), he knew his products, very attentive to client's need. He left since his shift was finished. When I got to the counter to pay, that was a totally different story. Passer une commande “en ligne” par le magasin. Attendu deux semaines avant de la recevoir, le produit n’etait pas ce qui etais montré en ligne. Revenu en magasin pour le faire rembourser. Le produit a ete garder en magasin sans remboursement, attendu deux autre semaine sans avoir de nouvelle. Finalement j’appel et je me fais dire que je peux sois prendre un credit de magasin bon pour deux ans ou retourner en magasin pour le remboursement. Premier et dernier achat dans ce magasin.
