I got a letter in the mail stating I owe 240$ for a PARKING ticket in 2024. They couldn’t give me a location for the ticket & the front desk lady Elizabeth, was a complete C U N T. this is a spam, I called DOL and confirmed that I don’t have anything outstanding.

This is a scam. It claimed I had an unpaid debt at Lynnwood Municipal Court and even provided a case number. I immediately checked the municipal court's website and found that no such case number existed. Naturally, I realized it was a scam. Please don't believe it immediately.
I'm a co-signer on the vehicle loan and did not commit the infraction. I know that I am responsible for the car loan if it goes into default. I am not responsible for any traffic violations. The owner of the vehicle is 34 years old and responsible for herself. This company refused to stop trying to force me to pay the fine and fees. They are very aggressive, but I will not be bullied!
Agents are rude and condescending, also incredibly unhelpful.
