Got a collections letter from a toll bill from 5 years ago from a completely different state and license plate number. They were unwilling to give me any details on the charge.
Giving them a 1 star because they're trying to collect a debt for a city I've never lived in or been too. Can't even imagine what it would be for, and when I reach out, I'm on hold for over an hour, then the phone disconnects. Huge scam if I've ever seen one, OR they buy their debts from an reputable source. I've checked with BBB, and Google. These guys are a joke. Also, checked with the court they claim to be collecting for, checked with Experian, Equifax, and Transunion, no debts on file for several years now.
I'm pretty sure this is a scam. Do not waste your time
Site Uses Insecure HTTP Instead Of HTTPS. Phone Line Has Many Errors And Infinite Loops When Attempting To Either Request A Call Back Or Make A Credit Card Payment. They Ask You To Confirm Verification Of Their Use Of An Auto Dialer, Yet It Then Says It Has Not Been Set Up. Always "High Volume Of Calls" So You Never Speak To A Human. This Seems Like A Total Scam. They Expect You To Just Pay Them Without Any Reason Given.
You want to collect debt but have unprofessional phone operators who make you wait on hold for 30+ mins and then hang up… not sure how you collect any money when the operator doesn’t want to accept payments. Simple call to make a payment on my disabled fathers account and get hung up on twice
