This is a scam. It claimed I had an unpaid debt at Lynnwood Municipal Court and even provided a case number. I immediately checked the municipal court's website and found that no such case number existed. Naturally, I realized it was a scam. Please don't believe it immediately.
I'm a co-signer on the vehicle loan and did not commit the infraction. I know that I am responsible for the car loan if it goes into default. I am not responsible for any traffic violations. The owner of the vehicle is 34 years old and responsible for herself. This company refused to stop trying to force me to pay the fine and fees. They are very aggressive, but I will not be bullied!
Agents are rude and condescending, also incredibly unhelpful.
These people mailed me letters for someone who has a similar name as me (wrong middle name) for a case I know NOTHING about nor have NOTHING to due with and I talked to Rueben an the courts about it back in July 2025 and now they’re harassing me for court fees for this person with a similar name to mine. LEAVE ME ALONE. I don’t even live in that state nor have I ever owned the car mentioned in the case number!!!! GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT AND QUIT HARASSING ME!!
I got a letter from these people about court fines.. talking about a suspended license. I don’t have a car, I don’t drive. And I do not live in Washington. So based on these reviews this is obviously a scam.
