Everything about this screams scam. I, like many others, have received a message from them from a city I’ve never lived in.
I got this text earlier but not a letter, can someone tell me if it’s a scam?
Got a collections letter from a toll bill from 5 years ago from a completely different state and license plate number. They were unwilling to give me any details on the charge.
