Sent me a bill of $126.00 for a $3 toll I wasn't even aware of. Firm that just rips people off. I will NOT be driving thorough VA again
These guys tried to scam me saying my turnpike tag for a state I don't even live in was sent to collections. Which isn't true because I literally got the bill from them and it isn't even due yet. How the hell am I being sent to collections before bill is even due to be paid. Don't pay these guys, contact who they allege is sending you to collections first and make sure it is real!
These guys are a complete and utter joke, I had an account incorrectly sent to collections because my payment was not documented. They said the only way they can take proof of payment is through mail or fax... They will not allow a text message or email. Someone needs to tell these people about computers.... Absolute jokes
