I have the same experience as the previous reviews here. I bought a hat a couple of weeks ago. I have an order confirmation #, but it has not been shipped out. When I contacted them, they said they would check ASAP but never responded with anything else.
Ordered a jacket a few weeks ago and received an order confirmation, but no shipping details. After reading other reviews, save yourself the hassle and do not shop here.
This company took my money and never sent the product. I ordered and paid for a product 4 months ago and have yet to receive it. I keep getting excuses but still nothing is shipped or received. I hope others read this post and find another source for their sailing gear.
Does anyone know if they are still in business? I have had an order in since mid-November and NOTHING! Phone is useless .....no body returns call and now it is FULL!
