I placed a order February 19 2022 and was promised delivery the week of Feb 28. Needless to say the order has never shipped and Bob refuses to answer calls or reply to text messages. I paid in full upon ordering the hats for our business. Bob is nothing but a scammer and con artist in my opinion. A true disappointment of a business and I hope it’s not representative of the lake Geneva community. We placed an order right before Covid. When we followed up in May then said our sailing shoes would be sent. Nothing. We talked to them in the Summer and confirmed the shipping address. Nothing arrived. The voice mail was full and no one responded to emails. Its now Nov, they still have our money and we have nothing to show for it. I think this company is a fraud and legal action is in order if we don't hear something next week. Order Confirmation (#16923).

I placed an order on Dec 17, 2017 ( Christmas present that should be delivered by 12/25/2017) I did not receive the ordered item or any notification about the delay. I sent many emails to the store and got no reply....Finally after two months I reached to the owner and cancel the order, I was told that my money will be returned asap.....Three weeks after our conversation there is no refund....I keep calling the store every day but no one is available to pick it up ( or they don't want to talk to me).......I'm very disappoint... read more
