I am changing my previous review. I had an issue with the packages offered for my child's class pictures and after writing my review a representative reached out to me almost immediately and went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service and product. I am most grateful to Joel for reaching out to me. He has made me very happy and I will definitely refer this company to anyone seeking portraits. The customer service is outstanding

I have had the pleasure to know Kim now for quite a few years from our ballpark. It's almost like she is watching my kids grow with me and every year they are just a hit! (Out of the park! ) thank you Kim for all you do!

Beware - owner Kimberly Melloan tops the list of most difficult to deal with. She was unprofessional with the athletes and rushed them through the session. She ask several times which photo my daughter wanted on her banner and was told several times to use a specific photo. Without any discussion, Kimberly selected a different photo by claiming the original photo was blurry and it looked like my daughter was falling in it.
