I first tried Lindum Acupuncture as a way to manage my psoriatic arthritis flare ups and the results were better than I expected. Swelling and pain reduced dramatically. I now look forward to may appointments as I find them incredibly relaxing. Sarah has a kind and considered manner and the whole environment just puts me at ease. I have had three acupuncture treatments so far from Austin to treat IBS, Insomnia and stress. Austin is an excellent practitioner but I have also benefitted from speaking to him about stress, IBS and insomnia in general. I am going to attend more appointments as I can feel a positive shift in my issues during and after treatment. Highly recommended without reservation.
