I walked in to this location today to buy a few hundred chocolates for an event. I was in the store for probably 5 second, picked up one single chocolate, and the sales lady says “did you just open that?!” With the most disgusted and accusing tone. No, I had not. “Hi, may I help you?”, might have been a better way to go about it. I immediately walked out. I’ll take my business elsewhere, thank you.
Terrible customer service. We purchased four boxes of chocolates and wanted to try one piece. The staff were so petty over a single piece of chocolate that it ruined the entire experience. Completely unnecessary and disappointing. Management seemed more concerned with blindly following some stupid rules than using common sense or providing good customer service.
This store had a very big selection of chocolates. The Young lady that served us was very nice and greeted us at the door with a chocolate. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is a chocolate lover or wanting to get somebody a nice gift.
Great visit today! The staff member who helped me gave fantastic recommendations wish I had caught his name to give him a proper shoutout. Top-notch customer service.
