Had a really bad experience today. The customer rep was unhelpful and even took out two pieces, saying it was more, never experienced this kind of service before !
Woman at the front was helpful and mentioned to sign up for rewards to recieve a discount on my first purchase. I mentioned something as I was checking out and the discount wasnt applied. No refund or anything, they just let it slide. Don't bother taking the time to sign up for rewards.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful
