Edit: the district manager called me and seemed very concerned and like she would be taking care of this issue. I am pleased with the prompt response to this issue & I hope the employee learns responsible gun ownership and appropriate talk in front of customers and in a professional work environment. Love Lindt Chocolate but why is it more expensive than any other local store. I don't drive a hour away to pay more for what I can buy at most local grocery stores.
The chocolate was good but my issue is with an employee I heard speaking while I was in here shopping. This happened around 3:40 on 1/11/2026. She was extremely loud, and mentioned how she has a “mousekatool” in her locker, and as far as I’ve ever been aware this is a slang term for an easily concealed gun/weapon. I am a gun owner myself but wow, this was off putting hearing an employee just say this so loud. One of the first things they teach you is to not talk about your weapon so openly like this.
