Horrible, RUDE customer service. Was not willing to help my elderly grandparents with an appliance that was still under new warranty. They also sold them an older model appliance as new. Beware of this place. We wanted to give a smaller store a chance, but we will be going anywhere else with our business from now on.

The employees were helpful in what I was looking for in an appliance.
I had them come out to look at a washing machine that was really loud when it spun out. He took 5 min looking at the machine. Charged me $159,then called he couldn’t fix it. They don’t make the parts anymore. I called and complained about the cost. To bad your out the $ because they came out. That’s crazy he is more expensive then my attorney that wrote my will.Last time I go there even though have been happy with their flooring and tile work. They don’t treat customers fair!!!
