Solid place to do rehab on my injured foot
Lindsay Trigar was recommended to me by my orthopaedic surgeon after a complete MÇL tear while skiing. Lindsay fit me in right away when the surgeon called him. I was able to go in, have my brace fitted and they even did a bit of Physio with me on the spot. All of the professionals in the practice were lovely from physiotherapists (Lindsay, Isabelle and Harry) to the receptionists. Very accommodating in finding an urgent spot for our son to meet Lindsay. Gets teenagers and cricket injuries and how to help them focus on long term recovery
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the absolute best physio team in Brisbane helping me recover from my knee injury. Every single member of the team was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. They made each session enjoyable with their great sense of humour, positive energy, and constant support. I always felt heard, guided, and in good hands. Not only did I make great progress thanks to them, but I also truly enjoyed every visit. I was lucky to have them and I miss them so much !
