Lindsay is the best mortgage broker we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She's respectful, kind and responsive. She answered all of our stupid questions and went over every scenario that was possible before making our big decision. Lindsay went above and beyond to make our refinancing mortgage experience as painless as possible even when a few hiccups were presented. Lindsay made sure we had all the necessary connections to complete the process and everyone she recommended was incredible to work with. We loved that any question we had, Lindsay was quick to educate /explain the what and the why we were doing it. Honestly, if you are looking for a mortgage and want to avoid the big banks, Lindsay is the way to go!
This was a new experience for me as I have always just used the bank in the past. When I reached out to Lindsay and let her know I had no idea what I was doing- she was so helpful. We met virtually (because of Covid) a few times and she answered all my questions (and I had a lot). She explained everything in a way that I could understand and made the whole process so easy! She got me a great rate. It was such a smooth process and I would highly recommend her! Thanks again:)
Lindsay was incredibly easy and wonderful to work with!
