The facility is nice. However, it does not provide all of the services promised. There are no transportation services for residents in wheelchairs, laundry service is erratic, and unit maintenance/repair issues are often ignored. Staff is spread thin and under appreciated. Being told to speak to the ED is not heloful. Still waiting after 11 months for key (things taken from apt) and a new blind. Very glad I chose this community for my father's care.

My friend lives here and it’s just lovely. Linda always welcomes me when she’s in. Everyone is so nice and he loves the food too.
Mom loves Robert Lipskey, she speaks only good about him often.
