I can not believe you are open during a pandemic. You are not honoring our at risk friend’s request to delay her program. She could die by defying the shelter in place policy. Her doctor said so. Even my dentist and gynecologist deemed it wasn’t safe for any of their patients unless it was an emergency and delayed my appointments. I have found out from social media that Lindora does not hold true to their contracts. As a paralegal this is disturbing.
During a pandemic, when the government has prevented people from leaving their homes, you are insisting on keeping to your schedule and not allowing people to put a hold on their participation until the pandemic is over and it is safe to go outside or giving them a refund. This is called theft. You will be reported to the CA Attorney General’s anti-fraud task force and will be SHUT DOWN, fined and all contracts will be contracts will be terminated.
