Took 7hrs to move a 1bdm unit 7min drive to another 1bdm unit, no stairs. It was ridiculous, caused a massive amount of stress. When I complained about how long it took I was told that it was reasonable as they had to walk down a hallway and up one driveway. Which is normal for any move. Cost me about 1k
I had the pleasure of having Joao and his teammate for my big move from a house to an apartment. They were time efficient, very friendly and affordable. They both went the extra mile with everything I asked to move including bringing a couch which was too big for the elevator up 11 stories!! to my apartment by hand. Such hard workers. I will definitely call you both again. God bless 🙌
