    it is very overpriced for what you get. It needs updating badly. Problems with non residents living in surrounding area using facilities ( pool,gym). No playground for kids. Corporate apt mixed in with long term leases. Noise issues with plumbing from upstairs apartment (toilet flushing, air conditioner, water draining from tub or washer. Quality of residents is questionable recently.

    The quality of the apartments is good. It is difficult for residents to be loud enough to hear others through walls which is great. You don't get a lot of space for the price, but the quality of residents goes up because of this. In other words, hooligans don't want to pay the price to live in this community, which is great.

    Linden Square is a great, newer complex. Things were very clean upon move in and the staff was extremely helpful. It is a very quiet, family-friendly, pet-friendly environment.
