My mother was a resident of Linden ponds for over 6 years- from 2018 until she passed in 2024. She eventually experienced every “level”, beginning with her independent living one-bedroom apartment to memory care in Rose Court. Her apartment was in a good location with a nice wooded view. was in walmart when your bus dropped off a herd of residents. What kind of place are you running? these poor elderly looked dirty and disheveled. and one poor woman smelled like urine so bad like no one changed her or bathed her in weeks. You should be ashamed of yourselves. i'd rather euthanise myself or my loved ones than put them in your care.

While reading the reviews, I've noticed that Linden Ponds only responds kindly to the people who give them a positive review and seem to ignore the people who are not satisfied with how their loved one is being treated or other issues. I was considering scheduling an appointment to meet with someone but it's definently concerning that those who express dissatisfaction are ignored. I am very curious as to why this is?
