I went to close my safe deposit box in ********** and had lost one of the two keys originally given to me. Lindells website as if 7/10/23 Statement of Fees lists the charge at $10. I asked for an updated fee scheduled thinking the fee might of changed but was not provided one. I was charged $25 because thats what they charge according to ******* (the decision maker). Banks are highly regulated and I find it wrong to disclose one fee but charge a higher one.

This is in response to a complaint filed by ************************* regarding a fee he was charged when closing his Safe Deposit Box at Lindell Banks High Ridge branch. **************** was charged a fee of $25.00 for a lost key. Due to an oversight, our website reflected the fee as being only $10.00. We have made several unsuccessful attempts to contact ****************, but did leave a message with his daughter.
