Bad customer service at this location
Cathy Sarah, Sharon have always been most helpful and appreciated and I have a special soft spot for Deanna she always goes out of her way for me. And you just don't get to meet high quality people like her everyday.
The older drive thru banker with dark hair is extremely rude, and didn't offer us any customer service. If we erred on a transaction deposit slip, that's on us. But there isn't any reason to be rude to customers. This is a smaller bank, and we are there for good customer service. We did not get that yesterday around 3:30pm on 12/9/20. I hardly review on google maps, but the service was EXCEPTIONALLY bad, despite me and my fiancee keeping our manners and being polite.
Connie is awesome, and super helpful with the lending process.
