Great regional bank
Lindell Bank purchased my original bank, Rockwood Bank. The transition has not been easy. We aren't happy with customer service. Lindell does have more locations and that's the only real positive I have found.
Great customer service! Everyone there knows me by name, is incredibly friendly, and and very knowledgeable. It seems like I spend almost an hour there just talking with the employees when I go in. Don't listen to that penny-pinching scrub. He has no idea what he's talking about.
"Welcome to Lindell Bank. We're a proud member of your local St. Louis community... provided you already have a bank account with us." If you live in Glendale and walk in asking for 100 pennies for your dollar so you could use them to teach a class at the grade school six blocks away, you better have a bank account with us or the answer is "no."
