The employees are rude and entitled. Call on a man filming on the sidewalk. Wasting city resources because of their egos. Hopefully they get educated that their power does not extend to the sidewalk.

I went for what I thought was a simple question. It ended up being more than that. Cindy Jackson did everything needed to make sure my mission was accomplished. I commend her patience with me. Very happy I got her great service!
