A consult was scheduled to review estate docs. As requested by Mr. Linde's firm all existing estate docs as well as potential changes/concerns were emailed several days prior to the consult. At the consult it was readily apparent that Mr. Linde had not reviewed any of the documents or intake information and was confused due to the lack of preparation. Mr. Linde became defensive when clarification was offered to clear up the confusion. The consult was a waste of time and effort. Unfortunate as his credentials are strong.
