Just like some other people have mentioned, buyer beware. Small businesses here. We returned one bottle 4 years ago they came to pick up from our location we have been paying the rental fee for 4 years. Fast forward to the other 2 bottles that we returned this year. It took over 5 months to get anywhere with the billing department. I had to prove to them that we sent the bottles back. Like they charge you to pick them up so clearly you have the proof you have them!? They charged me 200.00 to pick them up!! Still fighting wit... read more

Our business uses Linde for 16 packs of oxygen periodically. Recently, we forgot to reorder and completely ran out of oxygen on location, negatively impacting operations. I called Linde and explained the panic, and although their delivery is typically 2-3 business days, they found a way to get me handled the very next day. A very big thankyou and shout out to the Linde team for superior customer service. Both the plant on 34 st and the order desk on 50 st went over and above for this customer, and it’s appreciated!

Frustrating Experience – Poor Billing and Communication Our business was overcharged multiple times by Linde Canada — including for cylinders we didn’t have and for deliveries that never happened. No paperwork was ever left behind to verify what we were being billed for.
