Ordered gas from them and they didn't have inventory but didn't advise even though we called back to follow up for 2.5 weeks. They kept just saying that it would arrive the next day but then never arrived. So then we advised them to cancel our service and to pick up the empty tanks. I have been following up for 2 months for the empty tanks to be picked up and they still haven't done it. Clean and organized yard, 2 entrances/exits, good forklift operator and friendly staff.
Horrible customer service. Will not do emergency orders, staff is condescending and demeaning.
Horrendous customer service. Just brushed off after one of their outlets STOLE $3500 off of my Credit Card. Obviously the customer is the last things this company cares about.
