I rented a cylinder from this company for 5 years and returned it, yet I'm still being charged. I called the 1-800 number on my statement and was threatened with collections. I was told to contact the local dealer for proof of return, which I did. He confirmed the return and said he’d take care of it. Despite that, I continue to receive payment notices and finance charges. I’m absolutely gobsmacked. I've never dealt with a more poorly run company.
I’m shocked by the outright disrespect shown by a staff member of this company. This guy thought it was okay to park in my reserved spot downtown with zero consideration. When I calmly asked him to move, he told me off in the rudest way possible. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the kind of people this company employs. It’s embarrassing and damaging to their reputation. If you want to avoid dealing with unprofessional and disrespectful individuals, steer clear of this business.
