This company is unbelievably unorganized, from delivering, to customer service. I am unsure how they still running. We’ve been being billed monthly without having ordered anything else for month and no solution has been provided. The absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with
I needed dry ice for my son’s school project, and this company was incredibly helpful throughout the process. They were very cooperative and took the time to understand what we needed, which made everything much easier for us. A special thanks to Scot, who was especially kind, patient, and supportive.
