Bad customer service. Unprofessional way of dealing with errors at their end and fully blaming the customer. They don’t answer the phones. Extensions are always “unavailable” so you really cannot solve any issues. One representative takes your information but no other department seems to get the updates. If you have an alternative company to lease gas tanks from for your clinic, don’t hesitate to take your business to a deserving supplier. A review from a concerned doctor
Horrendous customer service. Just brushed off after one of their outlets STOLE $3500 off of my Credit Card. Obviously the customer is the last things this company cares about.
