Rented a cylinder for 5 years. Returned it, but continued to be charged. Phoned the the 1-800 number indicated on the statement. They could find no records of it ever being returned. Threatened me with collections. Was eventually able to resolve through the Calgary location. Local Calgary employee was great. Corporate office the worst I've ever dealt with. Update: Continuing to be charged after local Calgary employee indicated it had been dealt with, plus now receiving finance charges. Reduced from 3 stars to 1 at this point... read more
I am absolutely appalled by the behavior of one of this company’s staff members. This arrogant man parked in my reserved parking spot downtown without any regard for others. When I politely asked him to move, he responded with blatant disrespect, telling me to "go screw myself." Completely unprofessional and rude beyond belief. Product is way over priced, product is much much cheaper at oxypro
Always friendly, professional on the phone and accommodate our O2 cannister needs in a timely manner. Delivery drivers are always courteous and professional in my experience as well.
We as a company have been using Linde (Praxair) for the last 16yrs excellent service friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful staff highly recommended 10/10
