I can't even find a simple cable for a lincoln tig torch in there tig supplies. There people in Regina do not get back to you when you try to talk to themover the phone to see if they can get the part or even a price. very disappointing.I never ever had trouble when they were Praxair.

The keep billing me and telling me my account is past due, i keep sending them proof through emai and telephone conversations.l that I am paid up. Just when I think it's all settled.They sent me another email for the same amount.Telling me it's past due again. There is something very wrong with this company's accounting practices.

Terrible customer service. I called multiple times beforehand, clearly explained what size cylinder I had, and was assured that exchange or refill wouldn’t be a problem. When I arrived, they suddenly said they couldn’t fill or exchange it because it was “too big.” Then I was told I’d need a corporate account—so I opened one—only to be told again that I’d need to surrender my own Praxair cylinder with no credit and then buy or rent one from them. Completely misleading, inconvenient, and a waste of time.

Had a wonderful experience with Jas at Linde. I went in Brandon to inquire about some welders that would suite my needs as a hobby welder, Jas was very attentive from the moment I walked in and was very knowledgeable and informative. He kept on following up updating me on different models, finally I went all the way to Regina to buy a Miller welder from Jas. I highly recommend going into Linde to speak to Jas for all your welding needs.
