Hopefully this place goes under soon. Wouldn't exchange a bottle that I had previously got from them. Poor customer service and a poor attitude to go along with it. Dont bother with this joke of a buisnes go to WeldCor.

They had stock in the three types of electrods I needed and asked if they should carry futher inventory for future orders while we were working at the CRC Shutdown.

I can't even find a simple cable for a lincoln tig torch in there tig supplies. There people in Regina do not get back to you when you try to talk to themover the phone to see if they can get the part or even a price. very disappointing.I never ever had trouble when they were Praxair.

The keep billing me and telling me my account is past due, i keep sending them proof through emai and telephone conversations.l that I am paid up. Just when I think it's all settled.They sent me another email for the same amount.Telling me it's past due again. There is something very wrong with this company's accounting practices.

Terrible customer service. I called multiple times beforehand, clearly explained what size cylinder I had, and was assured that exchange or refill wouldn’t be a problem. When I arrived, they suddenly said they couldn’t fill or exchange it because it was “too big.” Then I was told I’d need a corporate account—so I opened one—only to be told again that I’d need to surrender my own Praxair cylinder with no credit and then buy or rent one from them. Completely misleading, inconvenient, and a waste of time.
