I am one of the students from the science classes that were supposed to do a dry ice lab, and this experience was honestly incredibly frustrating. Around 80 students were excited and prepared for this experiment, but the entire lab had to be cancelled because of the confusing and contradictory information given by this company. This was a confusing experience that my teacher and I have went through. Around 80 students were excited to do their dry ice lab, however we were unable to obtain dry ice. First, I called this place and was told to create an account and call 1-2 in advance to reserve dry ice. When my teacher provided the information for creating the account, we were told to just call 1-2 weeks in advance and no account is needed. Raj is like the gatekeeper of dry ice. As soon as you mention you are cold capping he no longer wants to sell it to you. I called one evening before they closed, asking if he had some and he said yes. Then I called at 8.05am when they first opened to tell him I would be there in half hour.
