Praxair was are welding and gas supplyer for 20 years. They had great service at the time but in the last 4 it went down hill. Our businesses started to see hasmat fees account billing fees paper invoice fees on all of are statments including 1.99$ sope stones purchase. we have since 2018 purchase are welding supplys trew various other local suppliers that did not have these fees. We kept are bottles with them . In the last year ever time we get bottles exchanged we would get invoices for double the amount we have ask for it... read more
We were a major bind and Claude went above and beyond for us. His amazing customer service was a welcome relief while we were totally panicking. Praxair is my first and only choice due the the service I received today. Can't complement and recommend Claude enough for all his help.
