I would strongly recommend using KMS or another provider if possible. In the 10 years I’ve dealt with this company, I have consistently had poor experiences. Trying to get account issues resolved is extremely frustrating. I have spent over 8 months making ongoing calls and following up, yet nothing seems to get properly addressed. Terrible company. Had the same issue last year with a bottle told them i wanted invoices sent to me and got nothing. Returned bottle and to pay my invoice and they didnt even have my address put in on file. Charged me a bunch of piddly late fees and still getting calls from Linde edmonton i believe. Would never go back.
