Every time I order dry ice there is some problem, either with the delivery, the invoicing, or even just getting someone to answer the phone. Awful experience.

I wanted to recognize Chris Okell for his exceptional customer service. I had only visited once before, about a year ago, and I was genuinely surprised that he remembered me. Not only did he recognize me, but they also knew exactly what I needed without me having to explain it again. First time I went to buy some dry ice, everybody was friendly who I encountered. Chris answered all of my questions and had no problem going the extra mile to answer all of my questions and concerns. Great customer service!! So professional and easy to talk to. I will highly recommend this company to all!! Great employees....so friendly!
