Neil is a wonderful guy. I went in there with no knowledge about my welding machine, and then I was there to grab a spool of Welding wire and couple of tips for the machine. Later, he asked me is there something wrong with my machine and then I explain him what’s going on in there, he explained everything in detail that if this was wrong, then this just need to replace and that is wrong, then that needs to replacement.
