I needed to order grab-and-go cylinders for our LTC facility, and Satochi was amazing! He explained everything clearly and made sure we were getting a great deal—all on his own initiative. He didn’t have to go the extra mile, but he did. He’s conscientious, professional, and provides the kind of customer service that’s rare these days. Keep up the great work!
These guys are so incompetent I can’t even order materials and tools because they literally have no idea what they’re doing I’m not even exaggerating
Since Linde has taken over and lost most of their knowledgeable staff, the customer service has declined. The do not communicate with their customers well, and do not have the experience or knowledge of the products they sell.
They won't sell CO2 gas unless you buy into their tank rental program. Why own things when you can rent for double the cost per year?! 👎
Customer service 0 Old grumpy person I drove all the way from DT to get some liquid nitrogen and first I had my debit card on my phone they didn't accept that and they wear so mean . awful experience
